Dana Gunn

Operations Manager, Marcus Engineering LLC

Dana Gunn is the Operations Manager at Marcus Engineering, LLC, an electronics engineering firm in Tucson, AZ that specializes in the development of highly regulated electronics products for medical, military, aerospace, mining, and other industries where design quality is critical. With an eye for detail, Dana is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring exceptional engineering projects and services are delivered to customers. Her leadership responsibilities span high level project management, resource management, process improvement, client relationships, and staff management.

Dana brings a wealth of experience in business operations management, organizational development, and leadership development across multiple industries. Prior to joining the engineering field, Dana was a law firm administrator for one of the largest and fastest-growing immigration and humanitarian law firms in Southern Arizona. During this time, she served as the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) Implementor, helping the organization achieve company-wide alignment, gain tactical and strategic traction, and cultivate healthy teams and workplace culture. Before this, Dana successfully grew a LASIK surgery center, as one of the nation’s leading LASIK providers, where her strengths included exceptional clinical operations and patient success.

Dana holds an MBA from Colorado Technical University and a BS in Health and Human Sciences from Purdue University, where she competed as a NCAA Division I student athlete,  receiving numerous athletic achievement awards, including a NJCAA National Championship and selection to the USA World University Softball Team, competing in the 2007 World University Games in Bangkok, Thailand.
