Executive Director of Luminaria, Camp Naco

Jeremy Fricke is Executive Director of Luminaria at Camp Naco, where he leads fundraising, partnerships, operations, and the transformation of Camp Naco into a center for education and community engagement. He holds a Master of Arts in Religious Studies from the University of Iowa. His career spans nonprofit leadership, education, cultural storytelling, historic preservation, and community development. Before joining Luminaria at Camp Naco, he served in senior leadership at the Tri-Faith Initiative, advancing religious pluralism, collaboration, and belonging. Jeremy brings experience building partnerships among schools, nonprofits, government agencies, universities, and communities. He is committed to expanding opportunities for young people and helping organizations connect learning with curiosity, creativity, and real-world problem-solving. Outside of work, Jeremy cultivates gourmet mushrooms and enjoys 3D printing and video game design—interests that reflect his enthusiasm for experimentation and hands-on learning. As a SARSEF board member, he is ready to advance STEM education and opportunity throughout Arizona.
