Casey Norman

Operations Professional

Casey (she/her) is the Operations Professional at SARSEF. In this role, she oversees the day-to-day running of the office. Casey has her Bachelor’s in History and German and a Master of Education in Teaching. She has spent the last few years working with TRiO Grants designed to provide intensive support to college students with disabilities, as well as low-income, and first-generation individuals. She has also served as a middle and high school classroom teacher. Additionally, Casey has received training in counseling, trauma-informed care, confronting bias, equitable spaces, and mindfulness practices. Casey, herself, was a SARSEF participant, and she is so excited to be working with an organization dedicated to helping create opportunities for children to see themselves as scientists, engineers, and critical thinkers.
