Dear High School Finalists, Teachers, and Parents,

Thank you for your patience as we find ways to use technology to assist with this year’s fair.
We encourage high school students to attend interviews in-person if possible – we are taking precautions (hand sanitizer, two thumbs up for science instead of handshakes, more space between projects) to ensure all who attend are part of a happy and healthy SARSEF Fair.
That said, we recognize that not all students may feel comfortable attending. With that in mind, we will be allowing remote high school interviews this year. If a student is sick but still wanting to participate, they should interview remotely. Either way, project boards must be at the TCC for judging.
Please fill out this form so we know how to set up interviews for your project. We need one form per project. Thank you!
The form needs to be filled out by TOMORROW, Wednesday, March 11, 8:00 p.m. so that we know who will be interviewing in-person and who will be off-site. We know this is tight, but in order to ensure remote interviews can be scheduled, we appreciate your help in filling out the form as soon as possible.
As a reminder, the hub will be open for project drop-off from 10:00 am – 8:00 pm tomorrow at the TCC. Students interviewing in person can take their projects home with them after interviews on Thursday. We have canceled Future Innovators Night on Friday, and the award ceremony for high school and middle students will be released on SARSEF’s YouTube channel Saturday at 4:30 p.m. We will email a link to awards when they go live.
Again, thank you for all that you do, and congrats to all SARSEF finalists!
